No. Clients book from the link you share — no login, no app, no marketplace profile. And you're never limited to self-serve: you can add and manage appointments yourself, whether a client booked online or you're penciling in a phone call, a walk-in, or a regular.
Is my data safe? Is it HIPAA-ready?
Yes. Stillbook is built to keep client information private: encryption, tenant isolation, audit logs, and a self-serve BAA on every plan. We never sell your data and place no ad trackers on any page that touches it.
Can I switch from another provider?
Yes — you can be set up in a few minutes. We're building import helpers; in the meantime, we'll help you move your data over. And you can export it any time.
